"Plugin not found" error on install because of certificate validation error for HTTPS site.

Description

Trying to install simple_services I was getting a "Plugin not found" error. This was caused by script/plugin being unable to validate the certificate for https://opensource.thinkrelevance.com .

Using HTTP instead of HTTPS solved the problem, so I suggest that the Wiki pages be updated to reflect this. (If this can be done by a user I apologize, but Trac has me baffled.)

Thanks for pointing that out. I fixed the wiki page.
